What is Colic?Colic is the generic term given to uncontrollable excessive crying which lasts for an extended amount of time and occurs three or four times a week by an infant between the ages of 10 days to 4 months. Immature Digestive System as The Cause of ColicSome babies have a very delicate digestive system. For breast feeding mom, changes in the diet can help. Removal of all dairy products, caffeine, and crucifixes vegetables, one at a time, can help you determine which foods are causing the colicky episodes.
